So I had a order for 4 skeins in a very deep plum colour. To be exact, it had to be the same as the top 2 skeins. I am very happy I was able to recreate the same colour and strength in the bottom 4 skeins as I have in the top 2.
Then decided to play around with 4 skeins of Fingering weight in a deep plum but much more with light to dark shades in same skeins. I am in love with this look and can’t wait to see them knit up.
Just posting some of the Fingering weight yarn in 50% Merino Wool and 50% Silk under
” KnitswissYarns Figering Weight”
If you are looking for a nice soft yarn perfect for knitting a Shawl, Scarf as well they are great if you are working multiple colour projects. I have a view colours left with 2 – 3 skeins. The rest is one skeins only for now. Hope to have a bigger selection in 2-3 skeins with same colours soon again.
I am happy to ship them to you too but would have to charge a shipping fee.
Have a look on the top of my site for the “KnitswissYarns Fingering Weight” all skeins available to buy are listed there. Just give me a text if you are interested in any.
The “Eggli Vest”has been published in the latest “A Needle Pulling Thread” magazine Issue #17. You are able to download the pattern if you can’t get the magazine by clicking on the link above.
As Carla the publisher of the magazine indicates:
“The Eggli Vest is a one of the most versatile vest in a long time, wearing it upside down will give it a different look and it’s the same vest! A little cable for interest and structure, and I-cord cast off for that final touch of class.”
Pictures have been taken by Carla “A Needle Pulling Thread” for this magazine…..
Carla “I had a lot of fun too…;-)))”
Thanks for the wonderful opportunity

Bear Cuddle-Iciuos Wrap is a amazingly big and bulky wrap. Winter-chill today I can honestly say! Today is the day to wear my wrap at a bitter cold -29 degrees weather and windchill. Burr… is what I say.
Well I decided to knit a second one, with my own “Knitswissyarns” I had bought several hanks of a really chunky undyed SW Merino weight yarn and some dye and off I went with my creative hand. Then the wait till it was dry. Knitting this one was just as nice as the first one. Now a very kind lady and her daughter can enjoy wearing it and keeping them warm too. Enjoy.
The pattern you can find on Ravelry under “Cuddle-icious Tasselled Wrap by Helen Firing” and the Borgo de Pazzi Firenza Naturalia is also available at “The Yarn Store.ca”
“Bear Kuschel-Iciuos Wrap”
