Trillium’s are out in fill bloom all over the forest. We always had seen them towards the end of the season. A drive up to Awenda Provincial Park last Sunday was showing us them in full bloom.
Almost all of the trillium’s here are white..
Was looking to see if I find any pink or red once. Had seen them in another forest just as they started to come into blooming seasons 2 weeks ago.
Another beautiful Day…Monday January 20th. hearing the ocean surf. They (Resort) say close the balcony doors when you go to sleep…
Not what I want to do… I feel safe and love to falling asleep and waking up with listening to the waves crushing onto the beach. Kind of miss the rocking to sleep on the “Lady Natalie” though. The ground I walk on is moving to the waves….
Going to be another beautiful day by the beach… thinking of where the Lady Natalie may be sailing to on her next adventure as I watch he drift away to in the Sea…what are the chances I’ll be here again one day I ask myself?
This sand bank it about 15″ high for sure, just form one day
The day before this was totally flat…
Every Day here is beautiful….
My Last Evening sunset joy and happiness.
I say Thank You to all that made this trip so special and a joy in my Life
The Royal Clipper in the harbor of St. George, GrenadaLast evening by the Beach.. Grand AnseCan you see The Royal Clipper in the distant. So beautiful she has I believe 5 Masts if I recall that correctly.
Sweet and Juicy. Starfruit just freshly picked from the tree. You should see the size of them and sooooo many just hanging on this tree. The owner of the home came over to see us and told us to just take as many as we like as she can’t keep them all. Wow. How amazing is that.
Star Fruit of Grenada
I tell you the Grenadian people are so nice and kind to us. I would be honored to call them my friends.
Clinton! Cutty needs you to help reach the fruit… great to have amazing friends in my life
Soooo sweet I could have had a view more… Ahh look Annabelle dozed off. The bus ride does that to some of us…Even our Kapt’n had a cat nap…. smiles.
This is an Ice Wonderland right here in Sutton, Ontario….
unbelievable how there is sooooo much ice on the beach! This is not to far from us about 30 minutes driving…people where still on the ice doing Ice-Fishing…
I guess they know what they are doing….felt a little more comfortable staying on land at this time of year.
Moments spend on the Rhein River with my Mom and Friends. Just being able to enjoy a week of Peace drifting down on the Excellence Allegra….from Basel to Amsterdam….Beautiful Moments

Exiting part of this trip was the Ms. Excellence Allegra our Ship stopped in Amsterdam….yessss guess who has a store there? Stephen West and Penelope…I just had to visit this store! We bought yarn and some stitch markers with…
Oh yes bicycle theme. So cool
Reni my girlfriend was totally on board to find this store too. Though she doesn’t knit much she still bought yarn so this is where I came into play….happily I have to say
She fell in love with this Malabrigo Rios yarn, (Smiles I think it was the colour that she had to have) in Amsterdam at Stephen and Penelope’s Store. See more info here for Tints Of Autum Pattern
You should see the rocks and the crevasses, many covered with all kinds of moss. Just love all the little things I see when taking time to look. Perfect moment.
Perfekter Moment.
Sure I know it has already gone by, my trip back home to Möhlin in Switzerland and now I am already back home in Canada. Thought I still like to show you some of the time I had been able to spend back in my hometown.

In Airplane over Toronto

MadTosh Dk stand with the newest from MadTosh. Unicorn Tails
There is also a great wonderful lady Nina, love her Love and Passion for yarn and designing “Creative Yarns Inc” booth 449. She has this oh so soft shawl…Nina sure was nice and cozy and that inside!..wish I took a picture to show you.
Mittens and leg warmers I bought.
There are so many other great vendors there. You have to see the boot 734 right next to us. I think they are “El Tambache Traveling Show”. A father son operation belonging to the Fair Trade Federation. I have been buying mittens and leg warmers whenever I see them. They even have coats that are all lined with super soft fleece too.
As we where leaving the second day, still inside the Metro Toronto Convention Center I had this view. CN Tower directly above me.
Always like to go to Toronto it is a stunning view when you drive in to the city it
Hope today will be a good day for you ladies working the show. Take a break, have a lunch you will need it for the take down after.
Sunny, warm and yes Music playing. At first I thought it was always that way.
Music by the Lake. Then I clued in a big screen right by the Lake Ahhh I get it “FIFA Soccer Night”.
FIFA is playing. Outdoor party time.
This city is a must see …..
I love the tropical feel one get when entering to the south of Switzerland.
Palm trees are a welcome sight. If you like watches and jewellery you better put your walled away. The Glitz, Glam and sparkles are amazing and so are the prices.
Butcher shop
You have to see the butcher shops…wow! I even seen a show maker …He was very happy to have me take a picture too. My eyes opened up wide when I seen the spaghetti noodles at one meters long.
Walking by the waterfront, just perfect with all the hustle and bustle of the young and old walking or sitting by the waterfront.
I love all the small allies that lead from out Hotel to the Lake. So special to be able to show this to my son.
Lugano
Sailboat By the Pier
Wow, was für ein “Happening Platz”.
Sonnig, warm und ja Musik. Zuerst dachte ich, es ist immer so. Musik beim See?
Yes this watch is a total of CHf 15100.00 I told you to leave the walled at home this is one of many…
If you take the Tram you would never see this hill.. So cool lots of stairs of steep walk way …you have to do it once!
A wine region of Italy, Valtellina has been a wine-producing area for more than 2000 years .The vineyards are all on the hillsides of this Valley.
Truly a fantastic bus trip. Especially when you see how narrow, curvy and winding the roads are once you get closer to Lugano. Yes those bus driver know how to get you from Tirano to Lugano nice and safe. You have to see the video I too.
Dried meet and local cheese for sale in a small road side camper…Fantastic
this is the camper bus that sold the dried meat and local cheese….so cool
But have a look…we had a quick stop at “Comune Di Sorico” have a look at where they where selling local cheese and dried meat. I am sad I did not bring any back to my brother. Sorry…Sooo cool I thought. I would have bought some but we still had a two days to travel and no way to keep it. Love the Bell tower in this village
.
Bell Tower in teh village of Comune Di Sorico
This is the small camper Buss that sold the dried meet and local cheese
“The Madonna di Tirano” dating back to the 1504. Picture form the air.
Finally made it to Italy to a quaint old Town called Tirano.
Switzerland trip part 4
The terminal station at the south end of the Bernina Railway. When you arrive in Tirano from Switzerland with the Bernina Express you drive right past the historic “The Madonna di Tirano” dating back to the 1504.
The river Adda flows through the town. Monika and Sonja (Mutt) taking a rest
Departed the Bernina Express later in the afternoon we immediately started looking for a Hotel.
Hotel Corona Happy to have found the perfect Hotel Corona great prices, very clean room, friendly staff and walking distant to terminal station for the next day.
I had forgotten that in Europe lots of Restaurants close their kitchen till 6 or 7 pm so no supper till then… So we decided to go sight-seeing.
I just love all the small roads and ways between the homes
a stone bathtub outside that has the water from the mountain go though it, Truly a very historic Town. But one that has a very busy many road coming from the south of Italy that bring goods into Switzerland.
GELATO an Italian ice cream. I can’t believe I totally left Tirano and never had one.
Chianti
Even on the sidewalks they drive from all corners they come from…kind of funny watching this.
This door is from the 1760. The date is stamped on the top of the door….
This home has at leased 30 bottles of wine just siting on the steps…so unique
Someone is collecting wood for the winter
