Homemade Salad Dressing

Not long ago I thought why not do another creamy Salad Dressing for when I have lettuce or cabbage again.

I have had this recipe for so many years now and every time I make it it turns out different. I have the base ingredient all written down. But honestly I am always change things up. Even in my knitting I modify the pattern usually. Unless it is a order for someone special.

So here is my video of the the Creamy Salad Dressing I made from scratch:

 yummysweetinmytummy…

Really so fast and super easy to make in less than one hour. Had cut up rhubarb in my freezer from June. what to do with all this growth of rhubarb I ask myself that time. Freezer it was. Ahhh, now the Plums are coming….so cut them all up with skin attached even better.file-2016-09-12-7-05-10-pm

So 1 kilo fruit 500 gram white sugar and off in the pot to cook ….and wow sooooo good. pour the am into already hot maison jars, lid on, and cool.  Once cooled I store them in the freezer. Good for a year for sure if you do not eat it before.

ps this gave me 3 -4 smaller jars.

soooo yummysweetinmytummy …

Hatte seit Juni geschnittene Rhabarber in meinem Gefrierschrank.
