A light fun pattern and ideal to wear over a strapless top or halter top.
You want your crochet work to show off. 
The sleeves and back are crochet all in one piece and then at the sleeves section sewn together. Once that is done it gets easier. Just pick up the required stitches all around the body opening. Knitting in the round is easy now as it is a knit 2, purl 2, knit 2 continue to end …
